Since 1 October 2019, invra Treuhand AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft has been operating under the company name BBH AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft. The change of company name is aimed at highlighting the areas of auditing, tax consulting and corporate finance as important fields of expertise of the BBH group.

“We want to emphasise the unity of the BBH group – which we have always practiced anyway – and make it more transparent for the market,” says BBH partner Prof. Dr. Ines Zenke, commenting on the change of name. "As BBH group, we regard ourselves as a provider of solutions to legal, economic and strategic challenges from across all sectors.”

In addition to the change of name, the management of BBH AG is being expanded: Tobias Sengenberger is appointed to the board of BBH AG. An auditor, tax advisor and partner of the law firm Becker Büttner Held, Tobias Sengenberger specialises in the valuation of companies, energy supply grids and generation installations as well as in advising clients on restructuring and succession planning. Together with the BBH board members and partners Rudolf Böck, Manfred Ettinger, Jürgen Gold, Thomas Straßer and Jürgen Tschiesche, he will further expand the practice areas of corporate finance, auditing and tax consulting.
