Sophia von Hake has been working as a lawyer and tax advisor at BBH’s Munich office since 2018. The specialist lawyer for tax law assists companies in designing and optimising restructuring processes and provides tax advice to public sector entities with a focus on their associated companies, mergers and acquisitions.
Dr. Maximilian Festl-Wietek joined the BBH group’s Munich office in 2016. In his practice, the specialist lawyer for information technology law as well as copyright and media law focuses on IT and data protection law, competition and trademark law as well as copyright and media law.
Dr. Dirk Koch, lawyer and tax advisor, joins the BBH group from the law firm GSK Stockmann, where he most recently held the position of equity partner. The specialist lawyer for tax law advises clients on tax law in the context of corporate and real estate transactions, company conversions, business acquisitions, sales and successions as well as international tax law. Thomas Krebs, experienced specialist lawyer for labour/employment law and mediator, joins the BBH group as a partner at the Munich office from 01/01/2025. The firm thus strengthens its labour/employment law practice as companies undergoing transformation have an increasing need for advice on such matters. Dennis Tischmacher has been working as a lawyer at the BBH group‘s Berlin office since 2009. He advises clients on all issues in the field of concession law. In addition to concession procedures, concession fees and grid takeovers as a main focus of his work, he also assists companies in the context of cooperation, transformation and remunicipalisation projects in the electricity, gas, water, heat and hydrogen sectors.
Julien Wilmes-Horváth is a specialist lawyer for information technology law and has been working at the BBH group’s Cologne office since 2017. He assists clients with all types of fibre-optic roll-out projects and advises them on IT and telecoms issues, particularly within FTTH, IoT, green IT and smart city projects. Moreover, he specialises in AI law and general business law.
