For the fourth time, the BBH group awards the €5.000 prize to a non-profit organisation in memory of the law firm’s founder Wolf Büttner, who passed away in 2020. This year’s prize goes to the association “HeldenStärker e.V.” from Zwingenberg proposed by the energy supply company GGEW AG based in Bensheim, South Hesse.
The non-profit association based in Zwingenberg, a town on the Bergstraße in southern Hesse, is dedicated to providing specialist first aid training to rescue workers and other medical professionals in the region to prepare them for emergency situations involving children. Carsten Hofmann, CEO of GGEW AG, is delighted: “It makes me very proud that an association with such outstanding commitment comes from Zwingenberg and is actively improving medical care in the region in the long term. The association truly deserves the recognition of the BBH group and the Wolf-Büttner Prize 2024 for Community Engagement.
