The newly founded Federal Association of Commercial Law Firms in Germany (Bundesverband der Wirtschaftskanzleien in Deutschland – BWD) already brings together more than 30 law firms with offices in Germany. Becker Büttner Held (BBH) not only is one of the founding members, BBH partner Prof. Dr. Ines Zenke also is a board member of the association.

BWD is the first independent association in Germany that represents the interests of law firms as institutions.

“BWD fills a gap in the German association landscape and gives commercial law firms in Germany a unified voice.
