In addition to general business law and contract drafting in the area of energy, Dr. Thies Christian Hartmann also deals with all aspects of regulation, grid access and energy supply. He advises and represents clients in energy law-related disputes before the regulatory authorities and in court, including the Federal Court of Justice and the European courts. His core clients are municipal utility companies and operators of closed distribution networks in industrial parks and at airports. He is in charge of the working group AK Arealnetz.
