Stefan Missling is a recognised expert in the regulation of charges. He represents the interests of numerous grid operators and investors in procedures in and out of court, particularly regarding revenue caps and grid charges. Stefan Missling advises on all types of energy distribution systems including connecting cables for offshore wind farms. In this context, hydrogen networks, which are currently being developed, are becoming increasingly important. He also advises associations, participating in numerous committees and working groups for the further development of the regulatory system at the national and European level.

In addition, Stefan Missling counsels clients on all questions of public law, particularly regarding large projects in environmental and planning law (e.g. approval/licensing procedures for power plants and energy supply lines). In the area of telecommunications law, he represents the interests of mobile network operators, broadcasters and telecommunications service providers.
