In his practice, Stefan Bitzhöfer focuses on concession and grid takeover procedures. He not only counsels clients in the context of such procedures but also represents them in and out of court. Stefan Bitzhöfer particularly advises on the law governing (district) heating concessions and issues relating to the transformation towards climate neutrality at the interfaces of constitutional, energy and infrastructure law.
