Sascha Köhler specialises in legal advice on matters of public law in the area of water supply and wastewater disposal, e.g. with regard to issues of municipal (charges) law, but also in relation to permits pursuant to water law and other administrative procedures pursuant to the Federal Water Act (WHG).
