Rosa Krecek advises energy suppliers on matters of energy sales with a focus on heat pumps and e-mobility. Furthermore, she specialises in the drafting and review of (sample) contracts and the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements necessary in this regard, in particular, the law on general terms and conditions.
