Oliver K. Eifertinger currently focuses on company and tax law matters of (energy supply) companies, especially in the context of takeovers of infrastructure networks as well as the activities of municipalities with regard to services of public interest, e.g. in the area of heat, water and wastewater. Besides, Oliver Eifertinger advises a number of medium-sized companies in the context of business succession planning.
