Johannes Nohl advises clients on legal and regulatory questions pertaining to the gas sector, with a particular focus on grid connection and grid access (access models, fees and surcharges). He also deals with the specific contract law related to these matters. In addition, he has a particular interest in IT and telecommunication issues such as the digital transformation, the convergence of telecommunication networks and broadband expansion.
