Jana Siebeck counsels and represents water supply and wastewater disposal companies of all legal forms in all areas of water and wastewater law. In this regard, she focuses on the contractual and other legal relationships of water suppliers and wastewater disposal companies relating, in particular, to their customers, municipalities as well as the disposal of sewage sludge. Jana Siebeck also advises on the design of water/wastewater prices and charges and their control by the authorities and courts.
