Frederic Delcuvé specialises in procurement and State aid law. He advises public contracting authorities on the design and implementation of procedures for the award of public contracts and concessions as well as companies on the successful participation in such procedures. Furthermore, he represents public contracting authorities as well as companies before public procurement tribunals and courts. Frederic Delcuvé regularly lectures and publishes on topics of procurement law.
