Dennis Tischmacher advises clients throughout Germany on all matters of concession law covering all types of energy. In addition to concession procedures, concession fees and grid takeovers as a main focus of his work, he also assists companies in the context of cooperation, transformation and remunicipalisation projects in the electricity, gas, water, heat and hydrogen sectors. Litigation is another focus of his practice, particularly in the area of injunctive relief. Dennis Tischmacher also deals with matters relating to the rules and regulations governing the economic affairs of municipalities.
