Celia Schwarz advises German and foreign companies in all areas of company and business law. Her key practice areas include advice on all matters of company law as well as transactions in the area of renewable energy sources. Furthermore, she counsels clients on questions of procurement law and in the context of public tenders. She also represents them in review procedures before public procurement tribunals or in complaint proceedings before higher regional courts.
