As part of the Corporate Finance team, Andreas Fimpel also deals with economic optimisation within the framework of the regulatory system in the electricity and gas grid sector. This also includes strategic aspects relating to decarbonisation. In the area of energy supply, he deals with economic planning for wind energy and photovoltaic installations, CHP plants, as well as renewable heat generation and distribution systems etc. The implementation of fiscal units using CHP plants is another focus of his work.
